In spite of miserable weather conditions the entire production week, the St Clair County project was a huge success! Over 1,000 people attended.

WHAT WAS THE PROJECT ABOUT?
A model, research-based substance abuse prevention program, the St Clair County, Illinois Haunted Crack House project was the dramatic representation of what can happen in the life of a substance abuser. Using a spooky, haunted house atmosphere as a backdrop, guests were taken through realistic scenes depicting the tragedy of a young teen named "Liz," who became entangled in the web of addiction.

* VIP Night was not open to the general public.
TARGET AUDIENCE
St Clair County and Scott Air Force Base families attended together. The project was appropriate for children ages 10 and older, and all ages of adults. Children under the age of 10 were accompanied by an adult. (It was recommended that children under the age of 8 not attend).
